sirco-facettings

The sirco ((small) rhombicuboctahedron) is made by 8 triangles and 18 squares (6 in cubic and 12 in rhombic position). The edges of the sirco can be connected by triangles (first number), squares (second number) and octagons (third number). Thus 12 polyhedra are built, which are grouped in the following way: 4 pyramidal polyhedra have a 4-fold rotation axis, 2 are 3-fold pyramidal. Three figures have prismatic symmetry. three polyhedra are cubic. These are the small rhombihexahedron (sroh), the small cubicuboctahedron (socco) and the sirco itself.
